Did the Judge decide the signs were clear and a contract was formed, then?
£212 is a fair bit less than the £300 they wanted (£273 plus £27 hearing fee) so the Judge clearly disallowed interest entirely and disallowed the £70 fake DRA fee. That's a positive, as is the fact he's cost CEL more than they'll gain, assuming they sent a rep to the hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No. I couldn’t attend myself due to work commitments but dad went with another family member and I believe judge basically disregarded everything and just said ‘everything else aside the camera shows you overstayed so you have to pay’Coupon-mad said:

solicitor they instructed couldn’t believe it, said she expected it to be kicked out on the preliminary matter and signage.2 -

I got the impression he paid little attention to the defence/witness statement. Simply asked if it was denied the car was there and that was enough for him. Their solicitor couldn’t believe it.0
