I now realise the PDF’s I’ve added as exhibits won’t open when saved back as a PDF. I’ll have to figure out tomorrow how to add them to the main document rather than object/attachments.

You can start with separate PDFs then use a free 'merge PDF' tool (then compress to make it smaller) to make an exhibits attachment.

Does the witness statement have to be sent hard copy? With the Beavis judgement etc the WS runs to 188 pages. The court say they cannot accept soft copy of over 25!

Ah. Any harm in exhibiting it if a copy of the WS with it included has already been sent to the claimant?!

Don't.  It's not needed & is FAR too long if you mean the entire Beavis transcript!

I took it out and sent an updated copy to the claimant and posted a hard copy to the court as was still just over there 25 page limit. Thanks for your help.
