Summer solstice this week so hoping for a bit more summer weather! This last week has been so cold, we had to put a blanket on the bed 🙈 We are off to the New Forest this weekend so really would like a bit of sunshine 🌞

You certainly do keep potting away LMD. That's more added again today, brilliant!!!

£20 transferred from our basic bank account to our SPC account, not a lot this year so far, but what with one thing and tother!

Not many here during this last couple of weeks, but as long as you're all enjoying yourselves and potting...!

That's right Ant, we were both born and bred there, the children too. If it hadn't been for T's work I expect we'd have still been there now, or at least in the area. Ironically, T applied for another for another job locally at the same time, but we didn't hear anything back. In the end he rang them, they apologised saying it was an oversight but they certainly wanted him. In the end we decided to come on to Dorset for a job.

Then we went to Sidbury Nr Sidmouth, great job but our son came along and we only had a small mobile home then, so we came here in Somerset.

I hope your mum's doing well.

Another lovely part of the country

Had a lovely afternoon in Christchurch on Sunday as wife had family visiting from USA. Their kids were 10 and 15 and an absolute delight. My own daughter got on brilliantly with the cousins she never sees. A real joy to see.

I’ve still been adding to my pot on and off.
