Aw poor little mite, she's not had an easy introduction to the world has she? Hoping things improve for baby and mum very soon 💕 Love DGGS name for her though, never ask a 3 year old!
Another fiver in the pot this week. Wishing everyone a Happy Christmas and a peaceful, healthy New Year 🍾🥂SPC 16 - #09 Totals: 2014 - £264.51 2015 - £207.50 2016 - £396.79 2017 - £369.49 2018 - £484.24 2019 - £309.90 2020 -£282.06 2021- £1839.89 2022 -£1627.832 -
************************************************Sealed Pot Challenge ~ 16 GRAND TOTAL FOR SPC IS £28,541Not wonderful but given the Cost Of Living I'm not at all surprised and really I'm quite pleased with what we have potted etc.Very well done indeed everyone!! 👏👏👏***************************************************So many grateful thanks Siju. Sadly poor little darling isn't improving at all and will only have tube fed formula as just isn't interested in taking sips from spoon let alone a bottle or natural feeding as DG desperately wants to do. Heart is going to be tested by an Echocardiogram.Hospital were considering transferring baby by ambulance to more local hospital, but are concerned she won't get the help she needs in which case we'd all far sooner she stay at BristolDG is getting so low, DD too as it's affecting her MS which isn't good anyway.Hospital encouraging DGD, fiance and their 3 yr old son to come for Christmas Day and return in the evening. We're waiting to hear soon.It would definitely be a good idea as their son is being a rascal cooped up in one room, hardly surprising poor little darling. They've taken him to see the ships, all supplied by the hospital via donations, but it's not really enough for him. Also DG's fiance has to return to the garage he works at.Have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS folks and a safe, healthy and HAPPY NEW YEAR********************************************************************Sue,The end date for SPC is on the 24th October 2024 - but no later, please!Anyone wishing to join us, please just ask and you'll be made very welcomeSealed Pot Challenge 001 My Totals = 08 = £163.95 09 = £315.78 10 = £518.80 11 = £481.87 12 = £694.53 13 = £1200.20! 14 = £881 15 = £839.21 16 = £870.48 17 = £871.52 18 = £800.00 19 = £851.022021=£820.26[/SizeGrand Totals of all members (2008 uncounted) 2009 = £32.154.32! 2010 = £37.581.47! 2011 = £42.474.34! 2012 = £49.759.46! 2013 = £50.642.78! 2014 = £61.367.88!! 2015 = £52.852.06! 2016 = £52, 002.40!! 2017 = £50,456.23!! 2018 = £47, 815.88! 2019 = £38.538.37!!!! :j3

Oh I'm so sorry you are all going through this experience but the baby is in the best place. It's very worrying and totally draining for them, especially with another little one who cannot comprend what is happening and is a ball of energy. 💕
A quiet Christmas for us this year as we had our family get together last week. We invited a friend over for lunch and It was very relaxed, unlike last Christmas when the house was full and DH and I didn't stop 🤣 with the endless tasks of catering and washing up! I love it but it was nice to have a calm and peaceful Christmas day.

LittleMissDetermined said:Hello! Catching up after my holiday and I have just cashed £5.08 from Prolific and sent it to my sealed pot.
The receipt apps I use are Shoppix, Zip-Zero, Storewards and SnapMyEats. I also gave up on YouGov as it took ages! I was also fortunate enough to find Pinecone via their advert, but I think you have to join via their ads rather than just joining... If anyone needs a referral in order to join something I'm happy to help if I can.
LMD x
I've also decided to give swagbucks another go, just signed up to SnapMyEats, and would also like to join shoppix and storewards if you are able to help with referrals please? I did receipt hog years ago and really enjoyed doing it and managed to save a fair bit, so I am keen to start doing some again. I'm also on the nielson panel, and have been for a few years, that's another good one.
Thanks, Milki

Welcome @Milki, our lovely @Sue-UU will soon be along with your SPC number. In the meantime, read page 1 of this challenge to familiarise yourself with the rules and start saving. I'm sorry I can't advise you on the other challenges you mentioned, but I'm sure someone else will be able too. Good luck, I hope you save enough for a fabulous honeymoon 😊SPC 16 - #09 Totals: 2014 - £264.51 2015 - £207.50 2016 - £396.79 2017 - £369.49 2018 - £484.24 2019 - £309.90 2020 -£282.06 2021- £1839.89 2022 -£1627.832

Can I join please...better late than never. I am doing several other challenges, so will use this one soley as a cash only saver. I only tend to deal in cash if I sell on FBMP or when using the local independent shops. So my plan is to pot anything from a sale & the small change from my local shopping. Not forgetting any small change DH leaves hanging around. I have a lovely pot I've had for many years & will tape the bottom up, so no cheating.
Total will go to holidays.

To do so please click on your profile Photo, top right, click then go to Signature Settings, lower and on the left, be sure to SAVE before fleeing!Hi Saver-upper! It is a worry, but when you think that so many babies have been in there for months, it makes you feel thankful, especially for one lady who is deaf AND blind!! Your heart goes out to them!Anyway, they're all back today, but aren't sure whether they'll return tonight or tomorrow. Dad's paternity leave is up on the 28th, DGD will miss him a great deal, but not so much if baby is hopefully transferred to Taunton.Excellent potting, you've done yourself proud especially pre Christmas! Have a wonderful time!Hi Siju, and thankfully, you can see it for exactly what it is.I'm so pleased you enjoyed a really peaceful Christmas with a friend. It's wonderful be in the middle of a family Christmas, but sometimes it's so good to also have a really peaceful one. 😮💨 We were in the middle of ours this time and as much as we both truly adore our DG Children, after 3 days sharing 5 out of 7 of them it's a relief to have today by ourselves. When DGD, her fiance and their 3 yr old returned to the hospital - nothing had been done about the echocardiogram!! Watch this space! 😌 Both were really saddened.Another £5er is great news and thanks so much for the welcome to Milki!************************************************GRAND TOTAL FOR SPC 16 is £28,541Not wonderful but given the Cost Of Living I'm not at all surprised and really I'm quite pleased with what we have potted etc.Very well done indeed everyone!! 👏👏👏***************************************************Sue,The end date for SPC is on the 24th October 2024 - but no later, please!Anyone wishing to join us, please just ask and you'll be made very welcome

Hello All,
Hope you're all enjoying Twixmas. I'd really like to join this please? I have largely gone cash free as my workplace doesn't accept cash ANYWHERE! so I doubt I'll add trillions, but I will definitely make an effort to do as much as possible. I've found a suitable vessel which already has some coins in.... So, so far into my pot is:£0.61p
