Evidence sent, as suggested. I tried not to rant..Next question: Should I send in a N180 pre-emptively? I don't trust our postal sevice at present, with a large failure to deliver on time, or at all. I have been emailed the claimant's N180 from DCB Legal, but haven't had one sent here. I do have a letter from from HM Courts and tribunal service acknowledging reciept of my defence. Thanks in advance..

CNBC/CCBC don't like N180s sent in advance of them sending the request to you (seen on the forum where they have sent it back with a snottogram). You could check your MCOL status page and when you see it has been sent, download one and return it in line with instructions in the12-step procedure in the template defence thread.2

Thanks Le Kirk. I must confess I'd completely forgotten about MCOL! Very handy; I'll keep an eye on it from now on.

I have now recieved the 'Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track' N149A together with a Directions questionnaire form N180, from which I have a couple of questions:The N180 form has an 'In the' box ('enter the name of the court' is the instruction..): Should this be the local court I would like to be used, or the 'Civil National Business Centre'? I assume the latter at this stage, but want to be sure.Following on to Section E1, Hearing Venue, and trying trying to find a local court using the .gov 'find a court or tribunal' webpage, I have been given the following list, all of which are easily accesible and within five miles:
East London Family Court
East London Tribunal Hearing Centre
Bromley County Court and Family Court
Belmarsh Magistrates' Court
Bromley Magistrates' Court
Southwark Crown Court
Inner London Crown Court
Thames Magistrates' Court
City of London Magistrates' Court
Mayor's and City of London CourtThe 'Family court' specialise in, obviously, family affairs, divorce etc: However, The East london Tribunal Centre states it handles 'claims against employers' and 'benefits'.. but do any/all of them also do parking fines? Is there a preferred court from these I should choose, either because it specialises, or has known experience in such cases?I really don't want to have to go to Northampton because I put the wrong type of court as my preferred Hearing Venue! Thanks again.

You won't go to Northampton, that's an admin centre not a court! The correct one is:
Bromley County Court and Family Court
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-Mad; and finally, the 'In the' box on the N180; I just put Civil National Business Centre? Or Bromley County Court?Sorry to be peppering you with admin questions..0

You need to put the same name that is printed in the paper copy that came to you in the post in the "in" box at the top right. You specify Bromley County Court as your preferred hearing centre as the answer to that question lower down.1

I sent my Directions questionnaire form N180 in well before the deadline. I did recieve acknowledgement from the claimants, DCB legal, and also recieved a standard 'AUTO RESPONSE DO NOT REPLY - CCBC AQ Acknowledgment' email in response from justice.gov.uk: Do I need to do anything else now, or just sit and wait, howeveer many months it takes? Nothing has appeared in my MCOL details acknowledging reciept of the N180..Thanks in advance.

That checklist in the Template Defence thread does suggest that the CNBC are a couple of months behind.

The wheels of justice grind on.. my 'Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing)' forms arrived, under Deputy District Judge White at the County court in Bromley.
I attach a copy; I assume it is fairly standard (although I have copied it here), but I just wanted to clarify a few points: It states 'Each party must deliver to the other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing no later than fourteen days before the hearing'.. does this mean I need to re-send the statements etc on the DQ already emailed and acknowledged on the status summary of the HMCTS Moneyclaim website? These were already sent to the Claimants of course.
Also, am I allowed to see their camera images/times etc from their evidence?
Secondly, I was considering going to the site and measuring/photographing the signage with a scale to see how it compares to recommended practise (on the basis I think its identical to the Google street images from that year). If I were to use this evidence, would I need to send it beforehand to the court and Claimant?
Any advice gratefully appreciated.
