How did you manage that? I have an export mpan but apparently it is impossible for anyone to read my export data.ispookie666 said:Finally managed to get 🐙 to link my export and import account into one. Hopefully from next session (if there is one) I can take partI think....0 -
I had a strange email from octopus because they think my meter is stuck. Not sure if I am being rumbled for charging my battery before the saving session and then exporting during the session…
Anyway I complied and sent some pictures of my meter readings.
Will revert with feedback when I hear back from them…1 -
I contacted them via social media. Gave them the details and pics of the meter including the account numbers. Apparently, my export meter was not automatically sending any export readings(I had been manually doing it). The customer service person then forwarded this to their metering team, who managed to fix the problem in a few days.michaels said:

I've received extra 400p bonus for 19th Dec session as I was in top 20% savers.. I've saved 0.4kWh (84% less than usual - I'm on Agile).
The 84% sounds impressive, the 0.4kWh doesn't..0 -
Is this Octopus? I am with EDF, even if I move to their SEG (I am currently deemed export fit) EDF just say it would be done via manual reads of their SMETS 2 smart meterispookie666 said:

There's a bit of discussion of this on the other thread. Has anyone *not* been told they're in the top 20%?Newbie_John said:I've received extra 400p bonus for 19th Dec session as I was in top 20% savers.. I've saved 0.4kWh (84% less than usual - I'm on Agile).

Blimey! I was a top 20% saver, too. I'm also on Agile, so not much in terms of wonga, sadly.0
