Sympathies for the waste of your time. I suppose at least you have the satisfaction of knowing you can fix the headphones if they play up again, but sitting round waiting for two hours is no fun.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Today is a better day beanielou, drove up via the eldest uni city and onto the lakes. Rained, lots of spray and traffic but we made it. Homemade soup for tea. Time to relax, read plenty , eat good food, walk lots and spend time contemplating my navel. Hope you all have a good week

Holiday was so relaxing, however I think I relaxed too much as ended up with leg cramps from not moving about enough the last couple of days. Rectified that today though as spent several hours the plot. Harvested all of the 🎃 and squash. Unfortunately a few had hybrised so had to throw them, as you never know if they are going to make you ill. Harvested the disappointing crop of borlotti beans, enough maybe for 4 meals if we are lucky. Lots of tomatoes ready too. Masses of weeds have sprouted but too wet to hoe off. OH has managed to mend the shed with some of the off cuts of wood we have. Hopefully it will be more weatherproof. OH has covered his plot with weed suppressant, the plan is to make part of it a tea 🫖garden. A tea garden is basically full of herbs and plants you can use to make herbal teas. Once we got home we went for a walk up our local woods as I want to try and increase how much exercise I do. No cake🍰 made, no alcohol🍸 drank and no cheese 🧀and crackers for afters. OH went and ate his in another room 🤣.Love 🐞
