I didn't know how that stood, being as Wetherspoons and Excel are essentially renting the land.

I included that deliberately, I'm quoting the claimant.

It's spelt correctly outside of the quotation marks but i didn't know if it was appropriate to correct the Claimants spelling while i was quoting them.
