You do not sign a formal letter "kind regards". That's as bad a signing it "love and kisses".  :s

You sign a formal letter with "Yours faithfully".
Thank you, I'm learning every step of the way!

Those aside, is there anything else worth including in the email?

    Judge Murch should instead read:

    His Honour Judge Murch.

Sorry for the banal question: With my DQ email, do i copy in the claimant or ELMS or both?

Not sure if ELMS have left the party yet.

Not sure?? How can you not be sure?
If you have nothing written saying that Elms are no longer involved, then your completed DQ will obviously be sent to the CNBC and to whoever is mentioned on the Claim Form in the box entitled Address for sending documents and payments (if different)

Preferably by email to Elms, though.

I'm not sure because this is my first time defending a court claim, and I don't know how these things go.

I've currently got both Excel and Elms cc'd in to be safe. Should i remove the Claimant's email?

If Elms are still involved - and they are still involved if you haven't heard otherwise - then a copy of your completed DQ goes to Elms and nothing goes to Excel.

So the claimant responded to my SAR today after exactly one calendar month. Sneaky little sausages.

I haven't had a proper look through it yet but i have seen a letter telling me that ELMS have taken their ball and left the park, so that's one parasite who won't be getting paid.

I've also seen a letter offering a slightly discounted settlement, reminding me that both parties should try and settle their dispute reasonably 🤣🤣

I think I'll take their offer. Thanks so much for your help guys!
