    Sorry to ask but I can't find any links online to CEL v Chan case transcripts. Where should i be looking?

    Presumably i complete the DQ and scan it, then email it as a pdf?

    That's odd, given it's shown as images on every new defence on this forum including the Template Defence since I edited it recently.

    Sorry, I've found it now. My computer literacy is pretty woeful I'm afraid.

    Do i need to write anything to support it or just attach it with the dq?

    Write something in the email: why you are drawing it to the allocating Judge's attention.  You'll know what to put by reading it!

    Cool, I'll post the content off the email here for your critique before i send the DQ off tomorrow.

    CC ELMS in or should I send them a seperate email with just the DQ and no mention of CEL v Chan?

    You can't send separate emails with different info.  You must cc in Elms.

    BUT the only thing that strikes me is Elms Legal POC do stat what the breach was, so are you sure the case is relevant to your POC?

    I don't follow? Are you suggesting CEL V chan might not be relevant to my case, regardless of the vague particulars aforementioned by yourself?
