Too late - I'm dead from a heart attack after reading the end of the previous post.2 -
I'm in good company then. I'll check your profile for your story!milkybk said:Ah, the classic combo of Excel and Elms Legal - they're both woeful at all stages of these proceedings (personal experience). Best of luck, follow the advice on here and I have no doubt you'll successfully defend yourself.
Will be checking in periodically in case I can offer any personal experience in latter stages.

So the SAR contained everything except the P&D transcript. As C_M said, they'll have to provide them in court, or not. I guess that's fairly damning.
Is there anything else that would be useful to show you guys? NTK etc before i prepare my witness statement?0 -
How long should i expect it to take for my DQ to register on MCOL?
It was sent (and received) on Tuesday but nothing updated on MCOL as of yet.
Possibly the attachment of CEL v Chan causing a delay?0 -

Thanks, is it likely that Chan will get it thrown out at allocation stage? I guess I'll be notified in writing either way.Coupon-mad said:No the Chan case isn't affecting it. Takes weeks.
Can i be preparing my WS in the meantime or should i wait?0 -
The average time for a county court case to reach trial is presently 52.3 weeks if that assists to understand just how slow this process is going to be.
That'll be cuts to the justice budget. Other political administrations are available #JustSaying3 -
Cool, i can probably put off my WS prep for a week or two then 🤣0

I've just received my Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track. (Nuneaton)
The heating will be end of next month, giving me until the end of this month to get my WS prepped and sent.
Could someone please tell me which the most recent exemplar WS are?
Excel haven't yet paid the court fees or submitted a properly completed application.
