The whole point of your WS is to put your side of the story along with your evidence supporting your case. Did you send the claimant/solicitors a copy of your WS as well?

The whole point of this is to get my CCJ aside. Never received their letters since I moved home.

Ok, I am getting very worried now.
Gladstones WS included evidence of the incident and the letters (that I can't remember receiving any of this).

Back in October 2023, I e-mailed the DPO from Gladstones to send an SAR to me. No response. So I didn't know what the incident is all about, until a week ago when Gladstones sent their WS.

2 days to go before hearing, and I did send a WS - but it's about the CCJ aside and the evidence related to setting the CCJ aside...nothing to do with the car parking incident (which again, don't know what it was about).

Am I screwed?

Just turn up to the hearing.  Too late to change anything now.  YOU MUST ATTEND.

Is this post CCJ set aside?  If so, that first WS is irrelevant and you were meant to send a fresh WS and evidence to specifically defend against the PCN.

No, the CCJ has not been set aside yet. I thought this is the hearing about getting it aside.

Nowhere in the court letters that I received, or e-mails nor any kind of communication that suggested it was set aside.

No, the CCJ has not been set aside yet. I thought this is the hearing about getting it aside.

Track back through the communication from CNBC and/or your local court and see what the notices state.  Looks like this is the set-aside hearing.  You would know if you had already had a hearing .......... wouldn't you?

Lol, of course I would had remembered if I had a previous hearing. I had two official notices from the court(s)

1) 16 November 2023 at 12:48PM <- Posted in this thread that my claim has been transferred
2) The official date of the hearing (tomorrow) (21 December 2023 at 12:49PM)

Let me guess what's going to happen. I get my CCJ set aside tomorrow, however there will be another court hearing regarding the car park incident after this.
