It's only going to be Gladstones.

I wouldn't have said this otherwise.

Is there a GF in the claim number?
I can confirm there is a GF in the case number.  X2GF714X

Well like I said it's 100% a Gladstones claim. GF is Gladstones.  We knew this already (because of Empira's involvement).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So now that I have the claim number, I can now move forward and write a N244 form?

Hit a stumble block. While I have the claim number, I do not have the Claimant's name. It's probably UKCPM because they are the only ones I have problems with, but I don't know if that is 100% accurate.

Remember last time you rang the CNBC they told you they couldn't help without the Claim Number?

You now have the Claim Number...

And while you are talking, ask them to email you a copy of the Particulars of Claim.

Spoken to them and I can 100% confirm UK CAR PARK MANAGEMENT LIMITED (UKCPM) was the claimant.

Also asked for the Particulars of claim and will be sent to my mailbox within 10 minutes.

I can now resume filling in the form and will keep you all updated.

... but the PoC are nothing to do with a parking charge. They are something to do with failing to make regular payments towards what appears to be a hire purchase agreement. Did you buy an item, set up a payment plan, then fail to make all the payments, because that's what those PoC look like they are for.

Do you/did you have a Very/Shop Direct account that you defaulted on?
