I made one to Family BS on Monday, and that hasn't tracked either, though I wasn't surprised because of Barclays T&Cs.  I've made another yesterday to NS&I, so hopefully that'll go through.  I don't understand why NS&I ones appear to be tracking when others (in my case Family BS) don't 🤔

I put a bit away each month to Help to Save - that has tracked successfully too.

I cant see anything in the t&c’s as to why a payment to Family BS wouldn’t track.

I did the Skipton payment on Monday so maybe it'll track eventually. I'm not optimistic as my supermarket spend on Wednesday has been added to my pending cashback. I'll report back if anything changes.

"Cash" transactions aren't meant to track, which is why I'm suprised NS&I worked. Might be the MCC they use compared to building societies such as Skipton, etc.

Did anyone receive casback twice for November? I redeemed £10 on 11 November, received it yesterday, and again today.

Haven't had a penny here - Barclays haven't even assigned a handler to my complaint, and seem to have developed a penchant for printing out letters and leaving them hanging around so that they arrive exactly 7 days after the date on the letter itself.

Just had a look at mine and I have also received 2x £10 payments both labelled VISA DIRECT PAYMENT (one yesterday, and one today), which I am assuming is the cashback incentive.
