The requirement for suppliers to read meters was dropped from the Supply Licence over 4 years ago. The requirement is now to obtain a meter reading once every 12 months. How it is obtained it not defined: ie; it can be a smart reading; a customer reading or an industry reading.MultiFuelBurner said:
