    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £233,521
    - OPs to mortgage = £11,816 Interest saved £5,28 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends January 2030

  • After two rather spendy days, I'm back to a NSD today! 
    Debt free journey started 30/08/2023:

    CC1 - 5,151.92 now 5,335.15
    CC3 - 4,166.15 now 5,345.28
    CC4 - 4,625.87 (balance transfer from CC2) now 5,717.24
    Current outstanding: 16,397.67
    Debt free by Jul 2027.

    Good morning ( and whatever time it is for you Cathybird 😀)
    I’ve had a couple of spendy days but today will definitely be a NSD making my total 13 so far. I did my big shop yesterday so that should keep me out of the shops for a couple of days. 
    I’m not being too stern on myself if I see a suitable Xmas present for someone though. I’ll buy it and then there’ll be one less to get rather than doing it all at the last minute and spending too much.
