Either is good! Thanks for asking, BlackCoffeeNoSugar. I keep a tally obviously so if someone says "one today" I add one, or if someone specifies a total then I go with that (it's rare that when someone gives a total it's different from my own numbers anyway). Sometimes it helps if people keep a tally in their signature I can refer to. But I always assume if I've got it wrong that people will let me know! xx
