I would use the same terms that the PPC use in their CoP, that way there is no confusion.

Noted. Apart from that do you think the appeal holds some weight? Is there anything you think I should add to it? Also from my last two points with boundaries of private and public land and also the contradiction in the NTK where the NTK states the vehicle entered a car park but then in the rejection appeal letter they state the vehicle was in an area where no parking or waiting is allowed, is there anything I can add to this regarding law or anything?

I would embed your pictures in the appeal so that you are not expecting POPLA assessors to go jumping about all over t'Internet to find them.  Give them no excuses!

Hi coupon thanks for the reply. If you mean links to images then i have print screened this images into the document so you dont have to click the link however in regards to hyperlinks that take you to ICO cctv code of conduct these seem to be broken. I have tried to search them on the net to find alternative links that can give source to the information on the appeal but no luck. This is my final revision of the appeal. Shall i go ahead with it? May i ask did you read through it and what do you think? I know its a long document but apart from the orginal templates please have a read of the areas i have adapted for myself. Also kirk your feedback would be great also!
