Hello all,I recieved this yesterday:

Did the CNBC acknowledge your defence?1
-
On 13th April you told us you would be sending your Defence to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk.
Did you use that email address when filing your defence?
Did you receive an email receipt when filing your Defence?
What does your MCOL Claim History have to say?1 -
Well i am not sure what to, this is the email i got back from CNBC:
[Image removed by Forum Team]This is the MCOL history:
I can see a judgement was issued last week Thursday - recieved the first letter yesterday - i have done everything i am supposed to - i use the SAME email for everyything - no one has contacted me about anything - at this point i just want to borrow money and just pay this - its such a headache!0 -
Well no that would be silly because everyone else here who suffers the same (common) CNBC mistake gets compensation and has the error reversed easily.
Complain to the CNBC Manager, forwarding that proof of defending: the whole email trail and reattach the defence, for good measure.
In fact, everyone gets the CCJ wiped and you are entitled to three figure compensation too.
It's the usual CNBC error. They do this a lot. Attack it by email and ask for compensation as well as that CCJ error corrected. Get angry and tell the CNBC how distressed you are and shocked that they seem to bend over backwards to enable rogue parking claimants, as if nobody at the CNBC has actually realised that the mass abuse by parking firms and roboclaim solicitors is the main cause of the CNBC drowning. Ask the Manager: quite seriously: has no-one at the CNBC engaged their brain and noticed the cause of the delays and errors and told the CJC or MoJ that it is parking claims causing this?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok i am confused is the letter i recived yesterday is that a CCJ - I really cannot have this on my credit file?AndHow do i attack this as ive done what i am supposed to do - whom am i supposed to email?Looking at Gov.uk seems that this is a CCJ and this is what they say:************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************If you do not owe the money, you can ask the court to cancel the county court judgment (CCJ) or high court judgment. This is known as getting the judgment 'set aside'. You can also do this if you did not receive, or did not respond to, the original claim from the court saying you owed the money. Apply to get the judgment set aside To get a judgment set aside, fill in the application notice (N244) and send it to the court. You may have to pay a court fee of £275. You'll have to go to a private hearing at the court to explain why you do not owe the money. If you do not go to the hearing, your application will be rejected and you'll have to pay the amount in the judgment.
So now i am supposed to look for £275 to get this cancelled???

Surely (now you know it's common) you have searched the forum & read a few cases like yours? There's one here today confirming how easy it was to sort out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
