    Don't forget to read the second page of that notice.    ;)

    There will be a sentence something like...
    Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
    Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.

    It doesn't mean the hearing won't be vacated when DCB Legal discontinue.  They hate delayed hearings almost a year away! Not what they want to handle at all. Clever Judge! Good date choice. Summer 2025.

    And it's only a single PCN case, so DCB Legal will almost certainly frantically try to push you to 'settle' then they will discontinue.  Probably in November because they don't want a case they have to keep open for 8 months or more.

    You have seen the 420ish discontinuances on the thread by @Umkomaas ? Please read it. No contacting DCB when they pressure you to settle!
