    I called the court.

The lady I spoke to said it has been discontinued.

She said they did so on 22nd Feb.

But we haven’t received any emails or letters to state that.

Yay - another DCBLegal discontinuance, as predicted at the start of this thread!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Simply email DCB Legal and ask for a copy of the NoD.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    I’ve emailed asking for NoD.

Just want to thank everyone who helped me with this.

    I felt completely clueless.

But you all really helped me.

    Good news.
It would help if we were dealing with professionals... sadly not

As this is very common practice with is firm why not right a letter of complaint to your MP,
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Finally got the notice of discontinuation.

    But dated 24/07/23

    Must be a typo

Are you sure it is for your claim?  Since the letter is not complete it is difficult to say what might have happened.

Seen this before.  Looks like she pre-signed a batch of NoD before she was said to have 'escaped' DCB Legal.

I had emailed them to get confirmation also. And that letter is signed by a completely different person.
    Sums them up.
