Any court judgement will show in the public information section of your credit file, check there first.

They appear to have successfully sent you the preaction letter and several warning shots.
Yet according to them they have sent a court claim (presumably to a wrong address), it wasn't defended and so you now have a ccj.
Is anything showing on your credit reports?
They are either straight-out lying or using the dodgy practise often seen in private parking claims.
If the latter there is a very good letter linked to on the NEWBIES thread on the parking board0 -
Nope had same address for 24 years , just checked my ClearScore and absolutely nothing regarding anything legal ccj etc0

Forgot to add this was only received by email not post0

It could be these emails are a generic template, of a "one size fits all" nature.
Or as fat belly puts it "the dodgy practise often seen in private parking claims".
In all likelihood, you probably don`t have a judgement against you, and this is all to move emphasis away from the fact that its a statute barred debt.
See what happens next, keep an eye on your credit file for updates (CCJ) if they have obtained one, you can apply to have it set aside, but lets not jump the gun here.
Emails can be ignored, only a letter requires a response.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
