Had a reply from the court today and now I’m confused , They sent  my cheque back  plus form with a covering letter stating , “ The claimant has already applied to  set aside judgment . Please await the outcome of this application as we will confirm to you in writing once the judge has made an order , you can then submit your application if still applicable.

In you wish to withdraw the application please notify us in writing .

Ok. Sounds odd. But it seems the claimant is trying to get this set aside and they will let you know.

I wonder if they thought I wouldn’t challenge it and they are worried they’ll be found out ?
