And 3 more missed phone calls from them , Obviously trying to use scare tactics , pretty sure quite a few would cave in and pay.0

Just keep strong. Block their number(s). And hunt out the prove-it letter here, as that doesn't acknowledge anything. You may not need to send it, but have it ready to go.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Have received the below by text & email this morning ..
In the absence of a repayment plan or contact from you, our client has instructed us to issue a County Court Claim against you.
Once a County Court claim is issued, fees and costs are added to the outstanding balance. Furthermore, if a County Court claim is successful a County Court Judgment (CCJ) can be requested. CCJs are registered against an individual for 6 years and may also affect a person’s chances of moving into a new home or changing jobs, as many employers now screen for CCJs and undertake credit checks.
Do i contact them or sit tight ?0 -
If they are thinking of getting a CCJ they MUST contact you by snail mail, text and E Mails don't count so sit tight until you get a letter in the post.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.1

As I said before, It's 2 months since the pre-action letter. The only thing you need to respond to now is a court claim.

They an send whatever letters they want, and appear to be doing so.
The court claim comes direct from the court. I think there's a national centre at Northampton called CNBC0 -
Update *** TM Legal still haven’t gone away , have had nothing through from any court etc regarding a CCJ however today they are saying they have obtained one and if I pay the full amount which has now gone up about another £150 they can clear the CCJ , Is this still a load of old tosh ?0

You could try asking them for details of the CCJ, when and where it was granted etc.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0
