Certainly the lighting is causing issues. Park Life Coat paint on their website looks nothing like the sample card.
So, either the card was a faulty shade originally or we are trying to help with a colour issue.
For me, regarding the colours in the pictures, it appears that the wall in your home does not match the card, but does match the Park Life colour.
There will always be a slight change in colours on card to a plaster wall. Application, coats and drying time also make a difference.
I think a refund for the materials is fair and a life lesson for us all to check colours personally.
There is a dubious note over when the paint was bought clearly however, but in terms of what we can see in the pictures, the colour on your wall matches Park Life on a device screen via the website, but the card is way off.
