    Yes, I think you are right about that. I read about it once on a FB group where it was recommended for Osteoporosis. Think I tried one that didn't agree with me though and it really upset my IBS and basically went straight through me. Will have to look into it again as I'm sure I could do with some

    Love the sound of your fire sounds very cosy. I'll make do with a heated blanket.

    Really fancy lemon drizzle cake now although to be fair I had shop bought lemon cheesecake earlier with strawberries which was also delicious.
