Sorry to jump on the conversation
how do I work out my baseload?
Can I take the average kw overnight (after car has charged)
So the half hours are showing usage of 0.08 to 0.11. So if I take 0.1 as an average per half hour,  would my baseload be 0.2 kw per hour ?

I’d agree with Badmemory re baseload. It’s about 108W for us during the day (laptop on, but nothing else). The lack of sunshine has been dire - we’ve not covered the baseload this week. Badmemory, what do you mean the battery is lower than it should go? You should be able to set it to stop discharging at 4% or similar - it’s not good for battery life to get right down to empty

For base load, if you're lazy like me one of the smart meter data processing apps will tell you. I use Octopus Compare, which tells me mine's 30 watts, when I'm away it reduces to more like 20watts

I also use Octopus compare - baseload is 25watts for the last week, 39 watts for the month. I'm considering paying for a year's subscription.

I'm going to need to do some laundry at some point, so hoping there are a couple of reasonable slots tonight that I can at least try to schedule the water heating in (although with the 'finish in' option rather than delayed start, it can be difficult to predict when the cycle will actually start!).
