DCB Legal Ltd Claim Form delayed in mail redirection abroad

For further clarity, on MCOL it states just this:
Claim HistoryA claim was issued against you on 04/08/2023
A judgment was issued against you on 29/08/2023 at XX:XX:XX
0 -
So your options are:
- pay it within 30 days of judgment (it's wiped);
- ignore it, if a CCJ won't affect you;
- apply to set it aside as I already explained.
I said - I think - that an application to set aside a CCJ can EITHER be lodged at your nearest court OR to the CNBC
Almost everyone here applies to the CNBC. This is nothing new but you can equally apply locally. But as you live abroad now, you have no local court any more, so you clearly just email the CNBC then ring them to pay the fee like I already said.
This is seen on every CCJ set aside thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for the clarification Coupon-mad (and KeithP),
So just go the email route with CNBC and completely ignore MCOL as it's unreliable. Does this mean I request over the telephone for the £108 hearing?0 -
I've no idea what you mean.
£108 is the fee you ring up & pay by card, for an application WITHOUT a hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes that's what I meant and no doubt I'll be waiting for them to answer for an hour0

Don't phone over lunchtime. In the UK it's 12.15 ish now. Not a good time to ring any service.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
I've re-read some threads and I'm left with a couple of questions. Is it recommended that I attach the Witness Statement separately (PDF) on the email to CNBC? Or, do I not actually need to send this off yet? I'm concerned about providing my wife's full name on my Royal Mail evidence revealing our new address, does this not give Highview Parking opportunity to serve a new claim to her here in Poland on the basis that she may have been driving. I'm hoping the responses will be they can't due to jurisdiction.
Thanks again0 -
also, because of my 3-pronged defence, I'm unsure if selecting 'without a hearing' will confuse the court.0
