Highview is the claimant but DCB Legal are their legal representative. The claim number is the one on the N1 claim form you received or have a copy of.0

also my/Defendant's reference for N244?
is it the small 7 digit number above the QR scan on the claim form?0 -
Hi B789,
Yes, I have entered the large bold Claim No. but the N244 asks for:
Claimnant’s name (including. ref)
Defendant’s name (including. ref)

under DCB Legal Ltd's phone number on the claim form there is an 11 character reference, is this to be used for the Claimant's reference?0
-
can anyone help?0

If you don't have a ref. for the claimant and yourself, just put the names down.
THe guidance notes don't even bother to mention it:

Hi Coupon-mad,
Are you saying to attach the Contestor Legal Services letter as persuasive authority?
Just want to check something, my Claim Form does encompass Particulars off Claim, I presume this is standard and generic from DCB Legal Ltd?0 -
Everybody's claim form has a POC (Particulars of Claim) the point is whether or not those particulars actually state what the breach of conditions is; often they just state "breached the terms and conditions on sign" but don't state "by failing to pay", "by overstaying", "by parking outside the painted lines" etc.0
