  • 😄 it's a chihuahua called Norris. He's their security dog. I'm painting dogs and cats. I make them into cards. Taking them to NEC tomorrow.

    All very well but - as you have already been asked twice - have you actually pointed out to Amazon that the identifier P161G is an alternative model number for the Dell Inspiron 14 7425 2-in-1, which is what you bought from them and what you returned to them?  The different numbers do not represent different laptops.

    It would seem sensible to provide as much relevant info to amazon now to persuade them (1) that the error is theirs and (2) that it's their reponsiblity to resolve the issue, rather than rushing into sending them Letters Before Claim and threatening to sue them...

    Just to be a pedant, I'd argue that if Amazon provided the return label then Amazon have been the victim of a crime since the product is being transported at their risk. 
  • There was no crime  just a mistake in identifying the model numbers.
