Sounds like too much suds from too much detergent added.
Why would it come out of the door? They are also pods so why coming up the detergent draw
Because the drawer is still plumbed in (and open to) the drum, even if it's not where you're putting the detergent.

There is just a big hole from the detergent drawer into the drum, if too much foam it will just go back up the pipe and out of the drawer.  The foam is just water held together with detergent so when they break down the water runs down the front of the machine.

It does sound like misuse rather than a fault.

Also, the water fills through the drawer. I bet if you take the drawer out (like during cleaning) and look inside at the roof of the drawer cavity you'll see the holes/nozzles have limescale . This causes the water to go forward rather than down and gives dribbles .

We aren’t in a limescale area. I cleaned it recently as it was a bit smelly. All looked ok…. But then again what would I know haha.

in hoping so. Lodger said she only used one pod but I’m sure she used two as usual. I only saw the damage after the after math.

But leaking from where? Door seal, inlet hose, drain hose? The latter two are simple fixes if so.
Budget machines are often designed to last little more than 500 cycles, and yours has done around 250, so it should last maybe five years before the drum bearings start to fail.
Before you can make any sort of claim against AO under CRA 2015, you need to get the fault diagnosed. You now have no claim vs Beko, only your statutory rights under CRA 2015.
Leaking from the door and also that pull out part you put the detergent in.

My lodger was putting on her third wash of the day and I’m sure she uses 2 pods for a >6kg load in a soft water area, clothes not soiled.

There is as a lot of suds that came out, so I’m not sure if she overloaded?

She’s was using a “mixed material” wash at 40 degrees for 2 hours…. And literally half the machine was full.
It’s a two person household and we only use it a couple of times a week.

    Yet 3rd wash of day...

Wonder if drain filter is blocked given the use of 2 pods (would kill Mrs if she used 2)

Does machine have a clean cycle? If not try a couple of fast washes with nothing in.

Before she moved in the other lodgers would only do a wash or two a week. Me too.

Drain filter (that thing at the bottom?) is clear.

    I think it’s lodgers use…. 2 pods.

Buy some powder or soda crystals, put a normal dose in the powder drawer and run it on a 90 degree wash, empty.  You can turn off the spin.  Do this a couple of times, once to soften the sludge that will have built up in the machine and pipes, and the second run to flush it through.  I strongly suspect overuse of liquid detergent which has gummed the whole thing up.
