Could also use an app (like Credit Card Reader) + an NFC-enabled phone. You'll need to enter the first 4 digits of the card number (hint: it's 5167).
Why?
If the CVVs are indeed different, then this feels like you have found possibly one of the very few reasons for needing it and maybe chase didnt plan for that.

One is contained in the app and gives you the 16 digit PAN, expiry date and the CVC, and these are used when doing stuff online, or the details you add to Google Pay or Apple Pay.
The other set is contained on the card, which have no details printed on them. Most of the details can be found using a card reader but this doesn't produce the CVC. The two PANs are different but the expiry dates match for me. No idea if the CVC are identical, I doubt it1 -

I've been able to look up my tap-on tap-off history on a bus company's portal using my Chase details - think I just entered the virtual card details and it showed me the physical details too. Can't quite remember but I definitely managed it.Official MSE Forum Team member. Please report all problem posts to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
