Did you pay via Debit or credit card? Contact the bank and do a claim, I did this with Uber Eats when they delivered the wrong McDs meal and they kept blaming each other.1

Yes, I was just thinking - You're not protected by Section 75 for credit card purchases for items under £100, but that doesn't mean your card provider (credit or debit) doesn't offer a non-statutory chargeback service.
