    Did you pay via Debit or credit card? Contact the bank and do a claim, I did this with Uber Eats when they delivered the wrong McDs meal and they kept blaming each other.

    Good luck with that, Trading Standards don't talk to the public and wouldn't be able to get you your money back even if they did.

    Yes, I was just thinking - You're not protected by Section 75 for credit card purchases for items under £100, but that doesn't mean your card provider (credit or debit) doesn't offer a non-statutory chargeback service. Worth looking into if it's something that matters to you.
