    Couple of times I've has issues with food delivery I've done a charge back and got my money back. My daughter does it regularly.

    Chargeback enables you to dispute a card transaction and request your money back for an item you've bought.  

    It can apply if goods are damaged, not as described, or haven't been delivered.

    Yeah, done all that. They're not interested.

  • Chargeback via bank, however would imagine that might fail. Failing that, Small Claims Court.

    If that happened, then a middle space between chargeback and small claims court may be S75.

    I am actually concerned about whether the OP has eaten yet...

    Surely ordering off just eat should attract a short ban from a money saving forum??? At the very least a few harsh words from Martin!!

    Unless the order was over £100 and paid using a credit card, then it doesn't apply.
