Wrong takeaway order delivered

Couple of times I've has issues with food delivery I've done a charge back and got my money back. My daughter does it regularly.

Chargeback via bank, however would imagine that might fail. Failing that, Small Claims Court.

What's an S75? 

Unless the order was over £100 and paid using a credit card, then it doesn't apply.
