Do I Ignore Or Act On This Letter?

Thanks everyone for your advice. It’s not as daunting as I thought, thanks to the replies from everyone pointing me in the right direction. I’ve done the AoS, and I’ll do the defence probably today or tomorrow and post paragraphs 2 & 3 on this thread for you guys to kindly look through it. Many thanks again.1

So I have edited the defence Template accordingly by adding the Defendants name and Claim no.
I have put the following details in paragraphs 2 and 3, if anyone could be so kind to look and advise.
Also could someone tell me what email address to send it to, and to what I should put in the subject line?
Many thanks for your help!
The facts known to the Defendant:2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle.3. The Defendant refutes this claim on the basis that the vehicle in question had actually exited the car park earlier in the day before the ninety minute maximum stay had expired due to having to go to work. The Defendant then returned to the same car park later in the day after their shift and then exited again later in the evening, again within the ninety minute's that are allowed. It is of the Defendant's view that The Claimant did not pick up the car originally leaving the car park and arriving again later in the day, but did photo the car leaving the car park the second time around, hence why the Defendant is being unfairly charged for staying in a car park over the ninety minute limit allowed, when he had not. It is hoped that this is the reason and a genuine mistake rather than The Claimant purposely ignoring the vehicle originally leaving earlier in the day and using the photo of the vehicle leaving the car park the second time that day to unfairly claim money from the Defendant.

I edited the Template Defence the other day. Please use the latest version.
And if you'd searched the forum, you'd find already-worded 'double dip' defences like this one, which is better:

Regarding emailing the defence, am I right in thinking that i have to print out all the pages (roughly 7) and then scan them all when I've signed the last page and email all the scanned pages? Thanks.0

No, you convert it to a pdf file, then attach that. Your word processing package should have a pdf converter, alternatively there are free online converters you can use.donkeydave said:Regarding emailing the defence, am I right in thinking that i have to print out all the pages (roughly 7) and then scan them all when I've signed the last page and email all the scanned pages? Thanks. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How long does it normally take to get an email acknowledgement from CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk?
I'm going away after today so hoping it'll arrive today.
Thanks everyone for your help.0
