I messed up the research, sorry. It asked about 'all that apply' and started with PCNs so I answered that I successfully appealed a council PCN and it ended the survey. I thought it was going to ask about private ones next.0

The deadline for DBC to send me their witness statements was Friday afternoon, is it worth me contacting the court to point out that they haven't and therefore have no admissible evidence for the hearing?0

No need! I've just got a letter from DCB confirming they're discontinuing the claim. It's over. Phew.
