VERY annoying @lucielle, after they didn't include it in the delivery, we had to chase Magnet for ages for basic info then once we finally got that, our builder missioned it to collect the piece from a random place on the outskirts of London, and they were really rude to him like he was trying to steal a kitchen by turning up to suburban stores and claiming a piece at a time, despite him having all the relevant references once we'd eventually wrangled them out of Magnet beforehand
And then they didn't have it anyway despite him specifically going there because Magnet had said to go there on that day! Will not be using Magnet again, absolute unnecessary nonsense and unprofessionalism that has stressed us and wasted our time, and stressed builder and wasted his time, and it still isn't resolved and we rather need a functioning kitchen to be able to move. So unimpressed

Magnet in the news yesterday, shutting 15 stores apparently. Seems like there may be a reason they're not doing well

Ordered a belt for Mr PIP's birthday through M&S and got an email saying it has been delivered. It bloody hasn't. Called them and they said I could have a refund but haven't refunded me the delivery cost. Not best pleased.
Knackered so am going to have sofa beer and watch the England game then get an early night. Nice to have a sensible kick-off time of 5pm for once!https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1
