Thank you all, he's feeling improved but understandably wiped out so is having a bed day and I will kip on the floor again to ensure the bug has b*ggered off! Got a sleeping bag so not too bad. We still have a bag of pine needles in there so it smells comforting at least.
Definitely find the wussy situps come in handy for getting up 😁
