    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date

    We went for skin-on cheesy mash with a drizzle of olive oil sautéed red onion @Rhyddid2026 but we're also eyeing up croquettes soon

    I really wish Olio was more of a thing round us - it's not though, and I suspect if it was, too many folk would see it as a way of getting shot of stuff they are too lazy to take to the tip rather than passing on genuinely nice things that they no longer have a use for.
