    Most of us here have bad days when it feels like there is nothing much that will ever behave.  And then, sounding like Annie - the sun comes out tomorrow - and even if not much has changed it will seem like it.

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
