Oooh, I'd have a batch of biscuit dough in that as soon as it arrived! What a fab prize!

Well most of the day was spent going 'uggghhh' with period pains, really great timing for getting up horribly early for the next couple of days to start new job! Ah well, the worst of period and not knowing what I'm doing will be over by Friday so eyes on the sleep/pub prize!

Hope the new job goes well despite the bad timing of the period pains 🙏 I used to get awful period pains, glad that era has gone.

Thanks @Sun_Addict, when I signed up for invigilating on the basis that 'it's just a few hours max at a time so I can collapse afterwards' I did not factor in being anxious about doubling over in pain or having bowel issues in front of hundreds of people, who I'm meant to be supporting, or being such a zombie through pain and terrible sleep that I'd be so utterly useless I'd immediately get fired.
Chronic pain conditions including period related ones can really get in the effing bin.
Anyhoo hopefully all will be okay! 🤞
They have to pay me for my couple of hours training anyway so on the bright side if it all goes horribly wrong at least that's twenty quid in the flat pot 😂

How is it that no matter how early you get up tasks expand to fill the time?

Sorry you are tired. Not surprising with the job and being in pain.
Glad you had some winning cake.
Hope you get a decent night's sleep

Just caught up,  am now exhausted, will have a biscuit - i mean will pass you a biscuit - oh heck lets all have one or maybe even two!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
