To me it sounds as If your trying to be clever which isn't clever. I doubt you have ever dealt with the county court before.
I am not advocating anyone other than me should pay the fine then sue for it back. Of course it's an inadvisable thing to do under normal circumstances. Nowhere have I denied that.
If you are going to comment, please do me the courtesy of reading the thread to understand what I'm doing.
