    Well, the Directions Questionaire has arrived.

    Should I allow the court to determine the case without a hearing? I am the only witness.
    In a nutshell, the payment machine would not let me pay and I had no option but to leave the 
    ANPR car park without paying. My case is that I was never presented with an invoice.
    I have no proof or evidence apart from my testimony.

    Any advice would be welcome

    Your testimony is required at the Witness Statement + Exhibits bundle stage in several months time
