I'd wait till your 30 days is over then rattle their cage again.

Thank you. Taking a few weeks off before worrying about the next stage!

I’m back to dealing with this issue as I have to submit my ‘last gasp’ letter imminently. Should I make it very detailed and long or brief and to the point. Any advice will be helpful.

I will get out and check the local car parks in the next few days.

I think - please show us what it's about and what you want to put to rattle their cage again, because we've long forgotten and rarely read back!

I received a PCN from CPP for leaving a hospital car park without paying in February. The car park uses an ANPR system and I was not given the option to pay at the payment meter, instead I received the message that I did not have to pay after entering my car registration. Since I couldn’t pay and had received that message I left and was dully shocked when the PCN arrived. I appealed  to POPLA which failed, before I found the forum and followed your advice. That’s it in a nutshell.

You could ask your MP to complain to PALS and CPP and the CEO of the NHSTrust.

I finally received a Money Claim from DCB Legal dated 18/3/25 for a PCN going back to Feb. 2023
I have enrolled with MCOL and have another week to send a defence. I'm struggling to find the whole defence template after the first updated paragraphs. Please help!

Show us the POC. They recently changed the wording a tiny bit.
