There's no deadline for a skelly. The week before is fine, along with your costs assessment.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I spoke to court on how to get the full log and they said as its been assigned to Small Claims Track that its expected that disclosures are made between parties and to contact the defendant directly. I sent the following email to VCS (Mark) 2 weeks ago, and they never sent anything back........ don't think we're going to get the full log.

Crikey, you seem to be rather pally with your new friend Mark.
This is a formal business arrangement.
Formal business letters usually start with Dear Sirs, and rather than offering your 'kind regards', 'yours faithfully' is considered more appropriate.
Did you send a copy of that to the court?
In these situations, everything you sent to the Claimant should be copies to the Court and vice versa.
You tell us they haven't replied. Of course without the other addressee it will now be so easy for them to deny ever having seen your email to them.3 -

The post lady has just been and no WS received from VCS.
With a hearing date of 29th February do I need to send mine today by 4:30? I'm acutely aware of the directions by the court around the docs needing to be delivered no later than 14 days before.0 -
You must comply with the court directive regarding dates to submit your WS to both the court and the claimant. Delay it until this afternoon if you wish, but not too late in case there is an issue with your internet/email servers/power-cuts etcetera. Remember to send your WS to yourself. Some PPCs are apt to say they never received something, but if you receive a copy, and the court receives a copy, then on the balance of probabilities so did the claimant.
If the claimant fails to send you their WS, you can submit a draft court order asking for the case to be struck out for them failing to comply with the court's instructions. If the deadline is today, do it tomorrow morning.
Take a spare printed copy of your WS with you to the hearing.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -
