Sensodyne Pronamel doesn't have SLS either.

If you're looking for SLS free toothpastes, make sure they still have fluoride in them. Particularly if they're for your kids.

A lot ofthe 'greeny, whole earthy' toothpastes are fluoride free as well.

Fluoride in toothpaste is one of the biggest contributors to improved dental health in the western world.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

Fluoride can be beneficial, but it's to be used with care with children (who tend to swallow their paste), in particular. I've been waffling on the fluoride issue for a couple of years now, after researching its effects when in the water system.

I use sls free and totally natural toothpaste that doesn't have flouride in it. I asked my dentist about this and he said it will be better than big brands. He also said that flouride is not a problem as it is now added to our water supply.

I like Kingfisher toothpaste (Fennel) and shower gel wise I like Jason's and Liz Earle, both of which have no SLS in them.

Have just been to Boots and they have a new range that is SLS and parabenz free - all around £3.49. May be worth a try.
