Hope you are well?
@Coupon-mad
Just when I thought I had put all this behind me I have just come home to a lovely letter from DCBL!!!
it is the same date, case reference and amount for the one that has just been thrown out but now says Elms Legal Ltd instead of VCS.
what should I do with this?
Many thanks

You need to go back and re-read the Newbies/FAQ thread, especially the bit about debt collectors. You ignore all debt collector letters. They are designed to get the low hanging fruit on the gullible tree to capitulate and pay when in fact they have absolutely no power to do anything.0

If you have a copy of the "general form of judgement or order" and it does Indeed refer to the same case, send them a copy and tell them to leave you alone.2

How about:
Dear Sirs,
re: your ref: xxxxxxx claim number xxxxxxx
Some clueless twerp at Elms Legal has failed to carry out any due diligence and failed to note that this CCJ was set aside and the entire claim was thrown out at a hearing on DATE, by JUDGE'S NAME at COURT NAME.
Proof attached. Go swivel.
yours faithfully,PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
