Just in case it does make a difference by adding my view …..
Please give us back an option to ‘ mark all forums read ‘ , I try to keep an eye on 6 or so groups of threads and I can honestly say if the option doesn’t return I will have to stop my regular looking and only use the forum when I have a specific need to.
Surely it can’t be that difficult to do? I can only guess that I’m not the only one who isn’t going to mark each individual thread …..
Please try to sort this if at all possible.
    Thanks
    Nobby.

I'm definitely using the forum less than previously since the update. I've found out how to access bookmarked threads, where I post regularly, with the minimum number of clicks but not inclined to do much else as all the extra jumping through hoops isn't worth the effort.

Previously I'd have perhaps browsed new posts but haven't found a simple way to do that (assuming one exists).

I do know how to access my 'followed content' but rarely bother as CBA to stay any longer than the minimum time because of all the bugs and seemingly unnecessary changes.☹

I am fai4ly new to the site and don’t tend to use the site a great deal but generally looked at the latest posts when I visited. Now you seem to have removed it and navigating around the site seems more time consuming and not very intuitive. I will probably visit the site even less and may not bother at all. For me the update is definitely a backward step

    Hi,
when clicking on Latest Threads, it takes me to Recently Created, (already ticked), I click Recently Commented, but later it's back to Recently Created.
Is there a way to lock it on Recently Commented?
You can bookmark the 'recently commented' page.
Yes, but once you have clicked through a few pages (why only ten posts to a page?) how do you easily get back to see if there are any new posts (it could be done with one click before)

This is the link for the equivalent of the old 'Latest Posts' page:

If you bookmark it in your web browser (or save it to the home screen of your device, etc) you may find that a suitable place to start your visit.

Thank you for adding links at the bottom of pages back to the parent forum, I was really missing that feature. Not sure when it appeared - fairly recently I think - but just spotted it.

Ditto, much more convenient and saves a lot of time.  Thank you.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

A missed opportunity - ooh as I type I see the commenting box font has been changed back to the normal one, certainly an improvement, thanks - was to reinstate the *best* feature of the the old/old forum. That was when you didn't need to open a thread, just hover over it to read the first few paragraphs in a 'tooltip' style popup.

I've missed it every time I've used the forum since. Which is almost daily.

+1 to this - especially given the sometimes odd/random/non-informative titles some posters seem to use.
