My bell seems to be working IF I navigate to it, but i'm not getting any 'pop up' notifications like I used to on the old version. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0
-
Do those of you not getting notifications still get a drop down list if you click the bell?
I get a red number for new posts or mentions, which seems to be accurate in itself, but the drop down list is all confuddled and the numbers are clearly wrong and some go back months, but if I click on the 'All Notifications' link at the bottom left of the drop down, I do then get a web page with all of the notifications correctly listed on a per individual post basis in chronological order. So the data is there, it's just not being presented properly.1 -
For example, I just got a (2) pop up for new posts on a thread I've bookmarked, but the drop down says there are 17 new posts in that thread, but if I were to click on it, it would go to the 17th from the end, not the last 2 I've not yet seen. But if I go to 'All Notifications' it does show who those last 2 posts are from and I could click either individually.0

Signing out and back in didn't work, unfortunately.
Would someone mind 'thanking' me for this post? Have a feeling the thank counter is also stuck and want to check it.
I appreciate there's nothing inherently thank-worthy in the above text, so here's a picture of a kitten:

10-4 @Bridlington1 thank counter working fine. Ta. Everything else still stuck.1

Well hopefully this is proof that the latest forum updates haven't been a complete catastrophe.1

Clicking on the bell shows the same number of unread posts as in the red circle on the bell; but on dropdown it also shows various numbers of posts which are not unread (no little green blob beside them). I am just glad that I have finally got it to show anything at all - and I assume that the un-blobbed entries are purely historical, for some reason.
