My latest observation regarding usability is that the "Recent discussions" page doesn't display enough topics...I just get the posts in block of ten (1-10 of 10.0k), so I'm having to scroll & click too much to get to anything; browsing the latest topics doesn't seem to be a viable use of the forum anymore.Would it be possible to have a more concise view of this?

Sadly still nothing.
If I'm being stupid, please enlighten as probably it is me.
Re email notifications. I'm still not receiving email notifications either, since the change to the forum. All of the email boxes in my preferences have always been ticked, so they're clearly struggling with this one. How can that be? I wonder if the Tuesday weekly newsletter email will be received.0 -
My view is still generally positive. I use the site on both an iPad and laptop.Downsides: the menu from 'quick links' is far too large and far too invasive, especially when it won't close and settles right in the middle of the screen. (laptop) Paragraph spacing is rather odd and difficult to get right! Other areas which are being reported as problematic aren't used by me.1

I like the new colours. Not quite so keen on the font and spacing, but I can manage.
But, unless I am being stupid, I still can't search in one forum category. Say for example I want to search the general Competitions for 'cash', I get all the results from across the entire forum and can't see a way to filter them to competitions.
Also, when I'm in the 'general' Competitions category I have to scroll past the Postal, Regular, Advent, Compers chat and Game Over boards to get to the top of the competitions. Can't these sub-categories be put on a drop down when you are looking in a category already? If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.1 -
BooJewels said:@CKhalvashi - if you're wanting email notifications, I think you need to click the right hand column with 'in tray' icon - the bell one only shows a notification at the top of the forum pages, with a red number over the bell icon. Apologies if I've mis-remembered from earlier.
But those notifications are clearly not working as they used to - I got a (1) to indicate your reply here, but clicking the bell showed there were 344 new comments here. Had I selected that to visit here, it would have taken me back 30 pages to the first of them. I think if you click 'All Notifications' - as shown at the bottom of your drop down, that then lists them individually.
The notification that you tagged me was the first one I've received in addition to the above, I don't seem to be notified if there are new posts, which is unfortunate at the moment as I tend to volunteer specialist knowledge on the forums in relation to consumer rights. I simply don't have time to check 100+ threads on login as I have a business to run.
To be clear, there is a problem with the notification bell icon not delivering anything, which hasn't 'reset' after I've turned it off and back on again.💙💛 💔0 -

As I said, the alert bell isn't seemingly working properly since the upgrade. But I think you get a better list if you go to the bottom and select 'All Notifications' - that then opens them on a full web page with an individual per post list - that might give you a workaround until it's fixed.1 -

Have just checked and seems as if everything notification wise has been frozen since July 13th. Why would that be?0 -

Also since the 13th of July haven't had any email notifications, I wish this would get sorted out. Any news on when these issues will be resolved?Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent
